BESC Wallet is a self-custody wallet product operated by BESC LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the BESC Wallet mobile app, the in-app services, and the related API endpoints.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to provide and secure the wallet experience:

• Wallet identifiers: public wallet addresses, chain selection, and account labels you provide.
• Device and app signals: device type, app version, language, and diagnostic logs for reliability and security.
• Usage data: feature usage, bot settings, and performance data to operate trading tools and improve stability.
• Support data: information you submit through the Support Center or to support@besc.services.

Your seed phrase, private keys, and signing secrets stay on your device and are never collected by BESC LLC. Transactions you broadcast to public blockchains are visible on-chain by design.

2. How We Use Information

• Operate core wallet functions (balances, transfers, swaps, and signing).
• Deliver bot automation and on-chain analytics you enable.
• Protect accounts, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Provide customer support and communicate service updates.

3. Sharing and Third Parties

We may share limited data with infrastructure providers that power wallet features, such as blockchain RPC nodes, on-ramp providers, WalletConnect, and secure messaging networks. These providers process data solely to deliver the service and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

4. Security

We use encryption, access controls, and operational monitoring to protect data we store. You control your wallet keys; keep your recovery phrase private and enable biometrics or passcode lock for additional security.

5. Data Retention

We retain service logs and operational records only as long as needed to provide the service, meet compliance obligations, or resolve disputes.

6. Your Choices

You can delete local wallet data by removing the app or clearing wallet accounts in settings. You can also request support assistance by emailing support@besc.services.

7. International Use

BESC Wallet is available globally. By using the app, you understand that your data may be processed in regions where BESC LLC or its service providers operate.

We may update this policy to reflect product or regulatory changes. We will post the latest version at this URL and update the effective date above.
