Your bot wallet

Server-run bots and Auto-copy need to sign trades while your phone is off. That's only possible from a wallet whose key BESC's servers hold. Everything else in BESC Wallet (sending, swapping, bridging, Holder Score, invites) uses only your phone and signatures; it never needs your key on a server.

Two choices

When you first set up an on-chain bot or Auto-copy on a network, BESC Wallet asks which wallet to use.

BESC creates a new, empty wallet just for bots and copy trading.

  • Fund it with only what you want bots to trade.
  • Your main wallet's key never leaves your phone.
  • Withdraw or export its key at any time. It's yours.

Use an existing wallet

You can let bots trade from a wallet you already have. An encrypted copy of that wallet's private key is then stored on BESC's servers, and bots can trade from it without asking you each time. To fully cut off access later, you'd need to move its funds to a new wallet.

One bot wallet per network

Bots and Auto-copy share one trading wallet per network. If you already have one (for example from copy trading), bots use it automatically. An existing trading wallet is never replaced.

Managing it

From Hub → Intel → Copy → Trading wallet (or the bot's wallet card on the Bots tab):

  • See balances of every token in it
  • Withdraw to your main BESC Wallet. A tiny amount of the network coin is kept back for the fee.
  • Sell a token for the network's coin
  • Export Private Key to use it in MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Phantom, Solflare or BESC Wallet

Good habits

  • Keep only working funds in the bot wallet. Move profits back to your main wallet.
  • Never send your main savings to the bot wallet.

BESC Wallet is self-custody software. You alone control your keys and recovery phrase.
