Receive

To receive crypto, share your wallet's address or QR code with the sender.

Step by step

  1. On Home, select the wallet and network you want to receive on.
  2. Tap Receive.
  3. Share it:
    • Copy Address copies the address only.
    • Copy Request copies a short message with the network name and address, handy for chats.
    • Or let the sender scan the QR code.

Check the network with the sender

The Receive screen reminds you: only send assets on this network to this address. If someone sends from a different network without bridging first, the funds can be lost. For example, USDC sent on Ethereum won't appear on BESC Hyperchain.

Good to know

  • EVM networks share one address, so your BESC Hyperchain, Ethereum and BNB Chain addresses are the same. The sender still has to pick the right network on their side.
  • Watch-only wallets can receive: share the address as usual. You just can't send from them in BESC Wallet.
  • New tokens show up on their own. BESC Wallet detects tokens sent to you from your balances and recent activity. If one doesn't appear, add it by its contract address.

BESC Wallet is self-custody software. You alone control your keys and recovery phrase.
